Our People

Mark W. Chandler, CPA (NC Certificate 23412) Mark is a 1982 graduate of Appalachian State University and is a Kernersville native. He was employed in the transportation industry prior to joining the firm in 1991.

Terry M. Richter, CPA (NC Certificate 33593 and NJ Certificate 26222) Terry is a 1993 graduate of Kean University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.  Her professional career includes audits for non-public companies, government audits and tax preparation for individuals, corporations, partnerships and non-profits. She is also a QuickBooks Pro-Advisor. She relocated from New Jersey to Oak Ridge with her husband and two boys in 2004. When she’s not working she enjoys traveling and spending time with family.
Brittney Ramos, Staff Accountant
Matthew Mitchell, CPA (NC Certificate 45483) Matt is a 2019 graduate of Coastal Carolina University with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting. He began his career here at Chandler & Richter in 2020 after completing the CPA examination.  Matt enjoys playing paintball and competing in paintball tournaments in his free time.
Kelly Simauchi, Office Administration – Kelly is a graduate from South University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She’s a certified Public Notary of North Carolina. Originally from New Jersey. When she’s not working she enjoys traveling and spending time with her two boys, Kenzo & Koji.
