Our People
Mark W. Chandler, CPA (NC Certificate 23412) Mark is a 1982 graduate of Appalachian State University and is a Kernersville native. He was employed in the transportation industry prior to joining the firm in 1991.
Terry M. Richter, CPA (NC Certificate 33593 and NJ Certificate 26222) Terry is a 1993 graduate of Kean University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Her professional career includes audits for non-public companies, government audits and tax preparation for individuals, corporations, partnerships and non-profits. She is also a QuickBooks Pro-Advisor. She relocated from New Jersey to Oak Ridge with her husband and two boys in 2004. When she’s not working she enjoys traveling and improving her boxing skills.
Susan Piotrowski, Payroll Coordinator – Susan graduated from Illinois State University with a double major in International Business and Marketing. She has lived in the Kernersville area for over half her life and has been with us since 2017. She enjoys traveling and the outdoors. Susan and her husband enjoy watching their children’s school activities and sporting events. She is an active member of her church and is a Girl Scout leader.
Matthew Mitchell, CPA – Matt is a 2019 graduate of Coastal Carolina University with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting. He began his career here at Chandler & Richter in 2020 after completing the CPA examination. Matt enjoys playing paintball and competing in paintball tournaments in his free time.
